some of you guys know we moved last June, so we are still under construction haha...my shop is a mess, we went from 2k sq to just over 7k and I some how managed to fill that up already...these are some terrible phone pics...nothing fancy like Al's or Jamie's new place but it gets the job done...there is another 6k sq behind the huge wall of shirts we can open up if we want...don't laugh at some of my decorating...we just recieved a 10 color gauntlet II a few weeks back. I didn't take pics of the sign shop up stairs, show room, break room, kitchen, offices, just the screen shop...we have a lot of rooms.

G2, yes that's a golf cart. It's a table for squeegies/ flood bars...it works very well to roll around from head to head..

the two rooms are actually my dark room. you can only enter through the wash out room. upstairs there is the sign shop and embroidery.

I like the wall 'o shirts. That's serious space you guys have. Our shop is getting to feel like a japanese apartment. Jealous. G2, also jealous. That thing looks sharp! Refurb?
-
I'll take 2000sq/ft please, can you ship it USPS? ;D
Beauty shop, it's amazing how quickly space fills up!
-
Nice shirt wall... But the golf buggy modified into a trolley. Genius...
I love it when people post up pics about their workshop.
-
Looking good, where do you keep all the digital printers?
Up front? Do you have the store front/office at that place?
-
Nice Homer!....now add a driving golf cart so you can get around faster......hell....add a driving range while you're at it!
Good stuff....glad for you.

I love visiting other print shops and seeing pics isn't as good but it's pretty close. I like the shop Homer, you got two autos filling up that dryer now, that is just plain awesome.
-
Good stuff Homer! Congrats.
-
nice bucky!
-
My shop looks like a isotoner slipper box compared to that! Your dryer looks small in that pic and I know how big the dryer is, I have a cart's width between mine and the wall in places and have to rotate the manual arms to get past it. You have enough room to do donuts in your MR2.

A bunch of years ago we went from 1500 sq. ft. to 8K, what a difference. Shop looks great. You really need another dryer though if you are running both autos. Our Gauntlet S feeds a 48" belt and keeps it full, and our MHM feeds a 60" belt, also to capacity...

Actually, there is so much infeed there that I would put either an IR bump panel or see if somebody can add a burner section to it. if you can speed the belt up, and keep up with 2 autos, it's cheaper than buying and installing another dryer...and you'll save the space too.

Looking Good!

Sweet setup! I am so jealous. We could play basketball on break inside if we had 7k square feet... ;D
-
I'm jealous cause he can park his car inside, I'd love to had that kind of room, I know I would have a different setup than I do now.

Jay, it looks great. Thanks for sharing. I've enjoyed getting to know you and your business. You've got it going on, Man.
-
Right on man, looks good. Moving is a sonofa....

thanks you guys. we are nothing special, no awards like Pierre but we try our best. It's kinda funny how much of a roll the forums play in our shop. The words of wisdom from the vets like the frogger and Dave (bimmridder) helped get us here. Sam, Alan and many more are beyond awesome. My main mentor Rick Stefanick is the whole reason we keep kicking ass. I owe the world to that guy....there's a few guys on here when they talk, you just shut up and listen.....more pics, hell maybe a video of a wrap if anybody cares to watch...

I am super jealous of you guys with nice high ceilings. It must be a help with the heat in the summer time. We have 3 different height ceilings in our shop. Highest one is 16ft we have exhaust fans of the 16ft one, but it still gets HOT. I guess it could be worse, I guess the people in the apartment over part of the shop have it worse! :P

Heck I got lost just looking at the pictures. Nice Shop.
