Title: Discharge Gildan Safety Green?
Post by: TCT on May 07, 2013, 08:20:45 AM
We need to run a order later today with Gildan safety green T's, white ink. I would like to run them as discharge. Anyone by chance attempted white discharge on them before?

If not, I will give it a try and post our outcome latter today.

Since the gildan safety greens are 50/50, they don't discharge to white well.  I have printed a few tests and they aren't acceptable to sell as white.  Could do a DC underbase and plastisol or wb white on top if client wants super soft.  If not, I'd go plastisol as you can use a good thick stencil and get a one hit white.

porn, beer, internet.  The options are endless.

Better yet....TSB!!!

I am about done with this neon crap people are wanting.  It's driving me crazy.  Neon 50/50 tanks from AA are the worst.  I swear they sit around and formulate the worst dyes for screen printers and then laugh about it.
