what kind of inks and what colors do you have available?
do you have a scale?
even more importantly, do you have a pantone chart? It is not happening without it.

I've walked ppl through it over the phone before, I can try to help . . .

yep i thought you were going to ask for special crap, nope non of that stuff. i do have basic colors, black, white, blues, orange, red, pink, lite green, kelly green and some others all one stroke general purpose stuff. the color i need to get close to is 4685,628,715,and 4685. so i guess im screwed but i did warn the customer of this problem and the time crunch.

With the usual disclaimers of monitors calibration and all that, here is a pantone chart (http://www.teknipak.com/PrintingColorsChart_PANTONE.pdf)

Does One Stroke have a program like Union inks does? It tells what inks/quantity to mix to yield the color.
