Post by: ericheartsu on May 08, 2013, 11:44:28 AM
We are about to print our first job that has a print on the inside that shows through the shirt.

They are on Canvas 3001c Tees, two colors.

Right now i have it said up like this:
black
crush screen
white
crush screen

is two crush screens over kill?

anything else i need to do? like post launder?

thanks!

at the last minute the print went from white and black, to white and blue.

we could not get the blue to push through the shirt!! has this ever happened to anyone before?

both screens were 156yellow

Is it discharge? If so adding water to the ink will help a ton with penetration. If its plastisol pressure and reducer would do about the same thing. I have never done this effect but I have printed alot of shirts too hard with thinned out inks to know it works.
