Is it me or do Flex fit hats just plain suck? I embroidered 72 of those yesterday and I thought I was going to go insane. That damn elastic band in the hat won't slide into the cap frame without a fight. No matter what I did it would roll. :o Oh well that job is done and in the memory banks. Thanks for letting me rant. On to my next pain in the ass job.

Yes, the sweatbands can be a pain with FlexFits :)

I am glad it is not just me that thinks this. ;)

We sew basically only Flex Fits, our hoops are adjusted for those in mind. We feel the same about other styles of hats when we are not sewing flex fit, so I think its just a matter of your hoops are going to be optimal for one style or another. I feel the sew out on Flex Fit is better than most style hats we run through here at times.

I love working with the FlexFits, but the sweatband is a bit thicker than the rest. I think it is a Tajima/FlexFit issues.
I think that the Tajima hoops have that middle thingy a bit too low for thicker sweatbands.
Other than that, great hats.

Can you adjust the part the sweatband goes under on my swf hoop gauge I can.
