need some help on this, custumer wants to stay with four colors if possible, I'm thinking print the gray areas in half tones with the black screen, not sure how this will look. I'm thinking print the red and blue with a flash then the white and black wow to get a better blend. Any ideas?

There's one spoke that's going to need a halftone with blue and gray, I think.

With the right halftone percentages and inks, one could do that in 4 colors. Sure, the traditional way of black last,...but given the challenge at hand, I'd try printing black down first with a 230 mesh, then white, intended to mix with the wet black. White over black (wet) makes great grays. I would prefer to step on it at least once to mix it better, but that might not be feasible.
Then flash the white.
Then red and blue wet on wet.

yeah and that black will pickup like crazy on that white screen wow, but all you have to do is keep an eye on it and wipe it down, might be a slow printing job, I've used that silicone spray to help with pickup, some times it works great sometimes not, worth the try though. Like Dan said 230 for the black will greatly help the pick up...

Okay so the white and black screens will have halftones, should I put some reducer in the white to help it mix, I always stir my white first but maybe 5% reducer too help it mix? I thinking silicone too, it's only 30 shirts so it won't be to bad I hope

buy a better black and it won't build up. ;)

Whats a better black that won't build up?

wilflex or excalibur black is pretty good with a little CR in it.
I've heard batman black is great as well.

Just a footnote here. I've got Ultraseps and just applied the V2 update (cudo's Steve).
It sure looks like it should be doable in 4 colors.

Dan and Darryl printing black first worked like a charm, best thing about this job was how easy it printed
went with
IC 7000 black on 230 mesh
Excaliber artic white 230 mesh
40 lpi 22.5 angle
ddn't have to spray the white screen at all the black didn't build up would have been nice to been able to split the white into 2 screens to control the halftones better. And Screen on about the third shirt I was wishing I had added a little blue to that wheel would have made that area pop
here some pics little shakey 11 hours since I ate last, ready for this to over
