so far we have been very happy. we had a bit of a learning curve coming from an old laser printer but so far we have had little problems. we have a 4800. when we first got the carts, two of the chips on them were bad. Ross (guy who I talked to a few times) sent us new chips to put on the carts and from there on out, they have worked flawlessly. the ink seems consistent from liter to liter.

Not with the 3000 but i did buy the 4880's and that same ink...it was a pain at first because the instructions were unclear, so i ended up calling...but finally ive got 2 of the 8 printing...(just need time to get the other 6 going)...
ink seems to be on par with the blackmaxx ink from ryonet which was $$$.

buy a bulk system, you won't look back...3000s don't have chips, so you are good to go.
