What screen mesh sizes are you guys using for your discharge whites?

About like plastisol, 125-280. Depending on detail, and as low as it will allow.
Nothing like ripping through a huge white on black order with 1 fast stroke and
no flash.

I'm about there too. Typically 160 for general printing and up to 230 or so for higher detail. This is for a "top" white, not underbasing.

Murakami 225 S is another for higher detail that we like for discharge/WB.  Thin threads, ink passes through more easily.

man for years i ran straight waterbase discharge...loved sericol.. but today in my shop with the heat in south carolina i'm sticking with the plasticharge.. works great and you can get white xxx whites. most colors using union maxopakes is a 50/50.. reds and yellows being 70/30 with 5% activator..
