I believe that is Bleeding Cowboy (or an off shoot).  Cowboys/Girls love it.  Designers and printers hate it. been used too many times. in designs. It used to be fresh and unique and then everyone used it to death including myself.

I agree , This font has haunted me for a couple years , anything from gymnastic teams to school logos , All art done by the customer. It just doesn't fit unless your a cowboy or country band and even then.  :o

It sure does look like a "bleeding" variation of typeface.

My fellow designers and I play a game where we send each other pictures of Bleeding Cowboys "in the wild."

Shoot, I even did a typography project about it for graduate school.

We used it recently on some actual cowboy flavored designs. OK in it's place, and it's not Comic Sans...
