Title: Corel X6 will not scan?

Ok I have Corel X6 and have a new HP printer/scanner hooked up to new computer with Corel X6 and X4 on it. I installed the printer and it works fine but when I try to scan from X6 there is no Acquire mode, its like there is no printer, now when I open X4 it is just like its supposed to be the Acquire button is there and it scans perfect. Anyone have any suggestions? I've tried the help website but nothing was there to throw up a red flag on anything I did wrong. Thanks

Got it for anyone who is interested.... You must upgrade (download)  to 6.1 to get the scanning upgrade.

I also was going to mention that the Acquire command does not become active until one clicks "New", one of those things that we sometimes overlook.

I found it online, since I have a 64bit it is a different animal as I am finding out.

If you two are like me an old dog at times I hate upgrading and learning it all over again, but it has to happen now and again, by the way Sporty shoppe what rip software are you using? I might have to upgrade my printer and software soon.

Actually D. I am using FastRip 9.0 that is what came with the printer (Epson 3000) when I purchased the package deal. The upgrade was needed, Corel X6 ROCKS!!!
