Title: Selling Trademark

I have a Trademark that is Duck related and have been approached by a Trademark Negotiation Company to buy it from me. I have had the Trademark for about 3 yrs but have not done anything with until the last few month. I now have printed shirts and have a salesman that has hit a lot of the Hunting Stores in the surrounding States. In the last couple of weeks we have sold a couple of hundred Tees, not going to get rich but it is exciting. I would like to sell the Trademark but have no idea how to price it. Anyone have any input on this?

I would look into licensing rather than selling. Depending on what they are willing to pay, it could be exclusive or you might retain rights to print shirts too.
