Title: Just got back

The wife and I loaded up a 14 ft. U Haul with our daughter's things  (her of course) and towed her car 1600 miles to Woodstock, NY. where she is going to reside. Holy chit, what a drive. I-70 East through Indiana and Illinois  is absolutely the worst f'cking stretch of interstate I have been on. I think I chipped some teeth and un-theathered a kidney along the way.  We flew back and I'm damn glad we did. I'm too old for this. I wouldn't want to do this again anytime soon.

We went through Effingham on the way up.... Home of the infamous Bob Smoothers, aka Trebor. He was pissed we didn't stop by. We flew out of Albany... That area of NY is incredibly beautiful. Next time, my friend.

The good thing about the roads in Illinois is...we have high taxes to make up for it!
