Today we had a job that call for a lot of ink color change in the screen, with that came cleaning squeegees and flood bars, so my bright idea which may not be bright to others was to take some 2" packing tape and tape my squeegees down around the rubber and handle leaving maybe a 1/4 of rubber showing to print, floodbar same way. So on my next ink change I just clean the tip which was just one good wipe and if I had to pull the tape off and retape I was ready to roll.

We used to do that. When the tape sticks well, it's great. When it doesn't... not so much.
