Its been looked at. At $1,500 per gram Horseradish Peridoxidase probably not a good option.

This is awesome.  No time to read the whole thing right now but I would pay extra for an enzyme based DC ink. 

If I understand this correctly.... the concept here is to use the same enzymatic reaction to discharge the dye as was used to fix the dye to the fabric originally?

I would assume the 30 minute dwell time at 80 C would be a bit of a downer for production too.
