Had to post this, thought it was pretty funny...
I hear one of the guys yelling "DAMN dollar store fingernail polish!!!!!! I hate this Sh!T! Can we PLEASE get some quantity fingernail polish in here, not this cheep stuff!? The applicator is all chincy and stringy, plus the polish covers for crap. Can you spring for some of the good stuff?"
If you haven't caught on yet, we use fingernail polish to block out DC screens. Only in a screen printing shop I think you may find a group of GUYS complaining and critiquing brands or fingernail polish.
Looks like I need to hit Target on the way home and ask for the top shelf polish! ;D

You may hear it in baseball locker rooms as well as many catchers are making their finger signals more visible with neon type coverups.
Then , you also have Brian Wilson, but I think that he only uses colored polish on his toenails.

Ok, Ok, you guys caught me. The fingernail polish wasn't from the dollar store, it was my personal stash from at home....

we use the blue tape from ryonet for reg marks and have not had any leaks.

We started using "KIWO Block out WR"
Works Great, no issues.

I can remember permanently hardening screens made with Ulano 925WR and then carding enamel blockout on the perimeter outside of the image area. Those screens lasted years.
Who still makes enamel blockout?

When I cut my teeth printing fabric yardage with water based inks back in the day, I remember lacquer blockout, and I think that it may have come from Ulano. There was also a red lacquer proof blockout.

I cut my teeth printing kid's tees and onesies with wb ink. 1989 I started. Back when haze remover was like the most dangerous thing a young man could experience...

i use my wife's glittery pink polish. Not sure the quality, but it works like a champ. She hasn't noticed it missing yet... :D
