Everything I've seen is digital, either sublimation, or wraps.
I know that doesn't answer your question.

If it's just something small, (like a logo), then Pad printing would be the way to go...
(I do know a guy...!) All over look? (Zebra pattern, etc.) Other than a vehicle type digital "wrap", I got nuthin!

Like Andy, I've only seen the sublimation blanks... but, couldn't one make a jig of sorts for at least a simple one color print? I think one could... we are screenprinters after all.

We were looking into buying a laser and one of the things they do well is decorate phones, you can even see some of this on the Universal or Epilog web sites. You might look for someone in your area with a laser to cover this for you.

Not quite the same as a protective case. I  think that this would be slightly different market.
