But what else did they say? Out of stock locally but can get from warehouse in Denver? How about up here in Concord?
Or, are you going to tell me that it is discontinued until it's re formulated for the CPSIA or something?

How about Union dealers? Tubelite's in AZ, but there must be some others in SoCal

I think they are switching to IC's  Nylon ink with the catylist sold seperately. I did not ask but is the new catylist the same I wonder? as that's all they have on their website.

I found some from our Rutland dealer though called Fiberbond

Well, you're fixed up now anyway but the IC is probably 900LF, the same catalyst that they sell with their 900 series inks, and claim it to be the "industry standard for ten years".
It does work with other inks as well.

BTW, this is one of the reasons that I am not completely enamored with websites as they don't always give the big picture (or course, some salespeople are no better)

I found some from our Rutland dealer though called Fiberbond

Fiberbond when mixed into plastisol in lower percentages, (I think it's like 3% or less) provides fiber lay down to decrease fibrillation and general fuzziness. At 7.5% it works for bonding to nylon. (and it works great, I print safety vests and nylon shopping bags with it all the time)

Nylo-Bond is the name of the product by Union for Nylon Catalyst,
most manufacturers/suppliers have a nylon catalyst.

ours is Called Tech Support long life catalyst (shameless plug)

almost all of them are very similar , with the same ratios mixing ratios 7/1, 8/1
