What do you mean by photo tranfer? Screen, digital, litho?  Well all can be PVC free

"Offset" seems to limit this one to litho, and though the "free" is missing in the actual post, it's there in the title.

I am completely out of touch with offset chemistry, so, I can't answer at all.

its offset print on paper and than heat transfer on fabric.
