For a reclaimed screen?
What is acceptable?
What is not acceptable?
What goes into your decision?
i.e. 5 immaculate screens per hour or 25 passable screens per hour.
-
we are at about 40 an hour and they are acceptable!

Great! Good on ya. What are your criteria?
-
criteria, no ghosting on press or any problems exposing. that's about it.
-
How white is white? If there are zero impediments or imperfections in the mesh then it's clean. A ghost image is usually dealt with even though there is nothing impeding ink flow. We do have screens that have permanent ghosting but for the most part we get our screens as clean as they were when first stretched.
I want to see my guys getting 20 screens an hour reclaimed.

My criteria is no blockage on the screen and very important no wet ink anywhere frame or mesh. Any ghosts we have are pretty minimal since we clean our screens right away and not let ink sit in them for days.
my guy by him self can do about 15 an hour but he still has some issues leaving ink on the frame sides.

Permanent ghosting is part of the game if you print wb black. I have my staff check with a loupe for mesh blockage if in doubt. 99.999% of the time it's just stained under the mesh knuckles and not impeding. But yes, we do have ghosting that has to be tolerated. It's all fairly soft but it's there.
Not tolerated: mesh blockage, holes of any size in image area, any ink whatsoever on the frame, excessive tape left on frame.
