Whats the difference between Magna normal white abaw  and magna super white. ?

The "normal" white is actually blending white.  Pigments can be added to it just like a base.  In fact, many of the Magna discharge formulas call for blending White as the base.   It can also be used as an underbase for shirts that do not discharge as well (instead of a neutral base).  Colors the background enough and yet remains very pliable and soft hand.

Why Magna doesn't actually call it blending white I do not know.  They do call the ULF (non-formaldehyde version) blending white.

Super white is used as an opaqueness white discharge.

So all manufacture have only blending white and only magna have super white.

Not necessarily.  Most other wb manufacturers standard discharge white is probably their "Superwhite" - that is a white designed to be printed as is.  If they offer a pigment color system and only have a neutral base, then they are achieving their pastel shades, etc with the addition of white pigment.

The CCI D-white is designed as a printing discharge white - similar to Magna Super.

I think the name SUPER was smart on Magna's part.  If anything is SUPER it must be better than the ones that aren't called SUPER, right?  Fortunately for Magna, it is superior to most.

Better is in the eye of the beholder!

Dirk will tell you Magna Superwhite; others will say other brands.  Much is application/curing/fabric dependent.

No...you'd need either need to mix the clear base and white ink  together (80/20 if you want to underbase a plastisol)  or use the pigment concentrate they sell and mix into clear base. Just depends what you already have to hand and what you want to use it for.
You can just add the white ink to your color if you want to lighten it
