All I have to say is that M&R would be a great loss without Rich Hoffman. Called him and immediately got a response. He took the time even though I know he is extremely busy.
Now I feel bad for posting in the first place and I hope it wasn't mistaken for bashing M&R. That shows a man that takes pride in customer service.
