Title: emulsion probleme

Hi all

Hi have problem whit my screen, the emulsion don't stick on the mesh, after developed and dry, whit a mas-ken tape the emulsion come whit the tape.
what you tink ?
 I use Graffic HU emulsion and I exposed at 3.30 min.
