We are running our first "large" (180 pcs) order of hoodies... guess we've been lucky. ;)
So I bit the bullet and ordered a few cans of web spray.
My guy is saying that they are losing tack after 2-3 pcs. Is this normal?
Any other tricks?
We aren't running a flash so the plattens are staying cold.

We normally re-apply the web tack after every shirt on the auto if it's multicolored work on darks. With light garments pallets will go 2-4 times without additional tack. What you're seeing is normal.

Good... well, not really but at least normal. ;)
Thanks!

Unfortunate but true.
Some do go with the water-based roll/brush-ons based but still "de-lint" it every two or three or so.
I do, on small runs of a dozen or two.

2 or 3 rotations is standard here too. Unless it is a real thin "California fleece" then we get a bit more. The water-based roll/brush-on we use for regular T's works nice for a couple rotations, but like Frog said then you just have to wipe down/de-lint and that seems to take more time in the long run.

Ditto, better to re-apply every round for multi colour than start stacking $15 hoodies in the reject pile.
