Ventilating your print floor
« on: September 23, 2014, 07:33:27 PM »
How many of you guys have a some sort of ventilation above your flash? And how well is your print floor ventilated at all which seems to important especially in case if you do a lot of discharge printing? Wondering what is more important, to get all the fumes out which I guess is done via the exhaust of the dryer or to bring in fresh air form the outside?

We have like 4 different ceiling heights in the shop, on the highest ceiling we have a large squirrel fan connected to a 12" exhaust duct that goes outside. If we don't have the doors open and count them, our 2 12" windows that open, open we usually run it. That is more common in the winter though.
