custom i-Image pusher frame?

anyone with the i-Image have any custom pusher frames made for smaller size screens?
I have 12x15 that I use for my tag press and want to be able to print the images using my new i-Image.
but i got a quote for something like $2500 for M&R to build it. 
Looking for a cheaper option.

I built one out of wood on our old unit. Worked like a charm. I'll see if I can find pics. Drilled holes in the table and put dowels into the bottom of the sides so we could make whatever size pusher frame we wanted.

I took mine to a machine shop and they just replicated it exactly for our tagging screens.

Just remember to check the height with a good calibrated caliber, when its on the machine.

Last thing you need to do is scrape your heads across the pusher frame.

thats exactly what i'm needing it for.  can you send me some pics of what yours look like? what size are your tag frames and what size did you decide for the pusher frame?

M&R only makes one for 4 screens at a time on our pusher bar. That is why the cost is high.
