Howdy Bob. You, so far, have the distinction of both the longest stint between posts, and longest lapse between registering, and introducing yourself. You've been here as long as I have! It's about time!
I am pleased as punch to see you get active, and look forward to help getting you going.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

Hey Bob,
glad to see you come back!
For everybody else, Bob just had his first auto installed a week or two ago and was busy getting it in. Bob, if you don't mind, fill us in on what you purchased and why.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Greetings from Zoo City to Beer City Bob.  Some posts on your start-up with the auto would be rad.  While brands/features have been barked about extensively, there's precious little out here regarding the nuts and bolts of automating your press line, would love to hear your experience.

Well that is a long list of things Blue moon but i have to say the reason of purchase on all of them was due to some good advice i got from 3 new friends in Atlantic City at the iss show this year. I went with the m&r diamondback 8/10, m&r fusion 4 panel, reno 18x22, a bunch of the newman roller frames. The compressor i bought a a 13 hp ir with 120 gallon tank and line dryer and a rhinotek booth that should have arrived last week.  The reason i went with the diamondback was m&r has a rep in Milwaukee that ended up knowing a ton of the same people my dad and I  knew, plus he lives ten minutes from my shop and he works out of his house so he stops by constantly to check up. Plus this press fit my price range and footprint for the shop i originally chose. As of right now i have shelves full of union ink and kiwo chems who also have reps in my area and stop by all the time to give me the inside scoop on everything. Its a long story to get to this point in my life so i wont bore you with details but i am sure i will have tons of questions and look forward to making great friends on the shirt board. Again thanks Pierre for the great advice, you too Shane and Sammy.
