hey saw a post earlier about red cacking on the shirts with an underbase. I printed this yesterday and was thinking about your post. The shirts is 100% polyester black. 230 screen for white with halftone area at 40% the underbase for the halftone areas are choked by .5 point. white is hit then flashed the hit one more time. then red which is printed with 2 strokes. figuered it may help some.
