Buy-In Partner / Work to Buy-In Partner

Growing Screen Printing company is looking for a hands-on partner to run the screen printing department and to further develop the company. You can Buy-In to the company OR if you don’t have the money to invest you can work to Buy-In to the company.

The Screen Printing Manager / Business Partner is responsible for the planning, execution and project management of the company's entire process of print production. The Manager will mediate with vendors, while managing the flow of information to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.


The ideal candidate MUST have:

Minimum 10 years hands on experience in screen print and/or embroidery
Ability to oversee and manage employees, their jobs and their schedules
Ability to provide customer service
Ability to manage and maintain orders throughout the entire ordering process from providing quote to approving artwork to quality control
Thorough knowledge of imprinted sportswear industry including artwork/color separations/film output (photoshop, illustrator, corel draw)


Other qualifications and requirements:

Positive attitude, flexibility, enthusiasm and a desire to learn
Thrive in a fast paced environment and work with different departments
Ability to take creative direction and also work independently
Organizational skills, attentive to detail and consistency
Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
