You might could get it close by putting it into parallel first, then zeroing out the heads, loading six screens with a center mark, loosen the eccentric bearings in the gates, drop all heads and tighten the eccentrics to align with a centerline on the platens. You should have a good amount of resistance in the bearing trying to rotate it width finger pressure.
It won't be factory and my take is that the double gated presses are the only ones that can work truly all heads down, but you may be able to team print on it by offsetting the strokes as you print there is only one head in the gate at a time.
