my inks are the Ultrachrome K3. it prints from all heads because I have to replace all colors eventually, though usually 3 blacks for every color one. I've honestly never really looked into do anything different because it hasn't affected me (not that I know of, though I'm sure there has been instances) and at this point, unless someone has experience with Wasatch, I'm out of luck because their CS is the worst. It will cost me $150 just to talk to them....probably need to go back to the drawing board and figure out what I need to do to get this to print the way it should
