I know 2 people in Mexico I could contact, 1 of them does cut and sew for their own factory there, not sure if they could handle extra. Problem is I have ZERO extra time right now with my current predicament at the shop... I could make introductions though.

I'm way into this. In fact there is a guy here in Houston who is importing tees from Pakistan. he has cases of tees that were somewhere in between a 0202 and a 3600. All reactive dyed.

Let me see if I could pull up his info.

Tpep also has sources for this kind of work.

And doesn't Danny actually do this kind of work?  Can he fulfill the orders needed?

It is also rather easy to get the info where the shirt factories that make a brand are. I had probably a dozen a year or so ago. The school system here requires a sweatshop free form the manufacturer has to fill out. All I have anymore is Gildan now

It's been said here many many times that NL is not a good choice for DC work for exactly what the pics show.

I really don't have a 'go to' shirt anymore as all the mill stuff is garbage and all of the independent rag shops can't keep quality on the level.

The guys I'm with now are on the 2nd round of cut and sew custom shirts and it's looking really good. Fabric feels amazing and the dyes DC perfect. It's made in LA and about 5 bucks a shirt.. cool with my guys as we retail for 45 to 75 per shirt so it's all good.

A note on re-dyes.
I read somewhere that the label could be the tell as it picks up some of the new dye.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

John, is that mill 42?

I really don't know.
These guys are more on the fashion side of things and have been testing out sew houses for a few years now.
