We had a Fire!

Our Friday ended up bad, the building next to us which we are joined by a wall catch fire Friday afternoon, lucky we only got some smoke damage but the water damage from the Fire Department was worse. We had to try and air things out all weekend and this morning we are removing carpet and boxes of wet shirts and files, lucky we had pallets with a big bulk of stock on them.  It was a mess water running out the front door...Homer you bad luck me man with your flood LOL but all in all we're good just happy the whole building didn't go up in flames!

Yes we are fully insured just waiting on the Fire Marshal report

Dude that sucks. I'm glad ya'll are okay though! A shop near us went up a couple weeks back and there was literally nothing left.

Been there, done that, even got the T-Shirt. Nothing compares to the immediate feeling of shock and disbelief when it's first encountered, but it sounds like you're over that and now just have to deal with stink and the insurance. Glad to hear that for the most part you're doing okay.

Brandt you are so right, standing outside just looking at the smoke getting blacker and blacker and with two full tanks of propane gas sitting in the back scary moment for sure.
