Awful quiet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's up peep's  how's everyone doing? I can almost hear a pin drop.....for us business is still alright could ne better but our plaza we are in is taking a hit people closing there door's...awhile back we pulled into a busy parking lot now we are just about the only ones here early morning until maybe later in the day and we have a grocery store a few doors down CRAZY!!! dead around.

Our regular customers are crazy down. We picked up some bigger account so we are up, but if it was the customers we had a year ago we would be down at least 40%!

Its def been odd for awhile, big swings. 60k one day, $100 the next. But pretty even over all.

I can not predict anymore.. after 20 years I feel like I am scrambling to get what we can. going after different customers.

We are busy as hell with anything but shirts… I am doing farming out mugs, bracelets, bottle opener, yard signs. We have WAY too many cricket Karens in the area offer bella tees with a 2 side print for $12.00. It is CRAZY!

this is how we are.  I wasn't able to predict anything since about 2018.  Our numbers shifted and months that were normally busy weren't, but overall, we ere up.

Our sales are right in line with last year. Which was up from the previous year. It doesn't hurt that we've picked up a lot of business from another shop that changed owners and the new guy is a nepo baby that couldn't care less what happens with daddy's money.

Busy here. I have my regulars and at least a few new every week.

Partially because I am in semi-retirement! Obviously not true but after being crap on by so many companies and customers, and considering the glut of used equipment out there and DTG and many factors, I have little reason to dive back in. Too risky. That said, when i left my last gig within two months all of my employees and many customers left as well. All of them. So, the glory days of yesteryear have mostly passed, and we are in a new era. ,Me? I am too busy with studio, gym, library, and kitchen etc. Thankfully all under one roof on the town square. We have car shows and farmer's markets, and most everything is in walking distance although keep my Mini and Karman Ghia. Do what you can, and do as you must, that was my father's best advice.

So, how is everyone doing? We are even with last year but with fewer employees. It never really slowed down and our contract numbers are up and retail is down. We get a lot of "Our old printer isn't in business anymore."

We have some huge contract projects in the works that could make the last quarter of this year bigger than the total of last year.

Our largest contract customer fell off of a cliff, another has more work that we can handle. It's been a crazy year so far.

Similar to last year. More sporadic though for sure. Had a great last month prolly 3rd best month ever but other than that every month been pretty normal to slight up or slight down.
