Glossy Glass-like Crakle

Just saw a sample using crackle that has a glass-like high gloss look!! Been trying a few things anyone have any idea how to do it?

Maybe hd clear gel on top of the crackle base print? 

I just saw a sample of something from Matsui that apparently crackles when it's running through the dryer... waterbase too.. i don't know much other than that.

do you have a pic of the print?
