That UB white is a D-base and D-white mixture, I believe it is 70/30. We mix our own.

I was wondering if Daryl was pulling our legs or not, he wasn't... Damn, I was bummed because my last name is spelled wrong under my picture in my high school yearbook, I feel better now.

Michael Hunt (no, he doesn't go by Mike, guess why!) is from my town and we actually worked at the same shop for a coupla years. Our employer at the time introduced him to me as Mike Hunt, and I felt pretty sure I was being hazed somehow. Eventually he showed me his drivers license as proof.
Thanks TSB gang!!

We use the underbase quite a bit and it works great. No washing/cracking issues that we've found.  It's definitely a little different than just mixing D-White with D-Base.  It also has a pleasant "freshly cleaned toilet" odor to it.  Aqua Blast works great, although we still clear most issues with just water alone.  We have two sample quarts of Fox Red. It's my understanding that it makes use of fluorescent pigments. We have not had time to compare it to our go-to house formula red.

Are you flashing the underbase fully before printing the top colors?  I have a few quarts that I haven't had a chance to test yet but am looking forward to it.

CCI makes some pretty bomb stuff across the board.

They're great for a one-stop-shopping for print products from mesh to machines.
