Growing Screen Print & Embroidery company looking for full time Production Manager to handle daily operations, schedule and oversee production teams & evaluate and improve upon internal systems and efficiency. Our company is a fast paced, high quality environment that puts emphasis on excellent service. Our production floor currently consists of 2 M&R Automatic presses and 6 heads of Tajima Embroidery across (2) 8 hour shirts. Candidates are required to have the following skill sets to be considered.
- Knowledge of complete screen printing process including
- Screen Development & Pre-Press with CTS
- M&R Automatic Machines with basic knowledge of Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting on Press
- Ink Chemistry for mixing and specialty's
- Minimum of 2 years prior management experience
- Minimum of 5 years prior screen printing experience
- Excellent Color Vision
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills (billingual in English/Spanish is encouraged)
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Physical ability to work around machines and lift up to 70 lbs
Daily Duties Include :
- Oversee and manage day to day operations of all production employees
- Schedule all jobs and work with internal sales to meet deadlines
- Administration of company policies and procedures
- Ensure and evaluate efficiency and work with management to improve
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines
- Provide onsite training
- Ensure Safety and Quality procedures are followed
- Work with management to develop objectives for the production floor
