we use nylobond additive from union and mix it with our regular plastisol. cures at a bit lower temp, maybe around 325 i think. we've never had an issue with it coming off.

Xenon has an ink designed for Nylon.  Comes in colors and ranges in price from $40 - $72 per gallon.  Most colors are under $55.

The additive makes the ink cure over about 48 hours, so if you just mix it in and don't heat it up the ink will still cure.  We cure it so it is dry to the touch, won't rub off / mark up anything and it will cure the rest of the way on it's own.  You have to discard any excess ink and cleanup everything afterwords.

Not sure on doing 2 colors on nylon, we only ever do 1.

We use Nazdar DA series inks. They generally air cure but you can accelerate the curing time by sending them through the dryer at very low temperatures.

I used the nylon inks from one stroke not too long ago and they kick major ass.  pricey though compared to just adding nylobond, but I hate that nylobond makes the ink chalky trash after a few hours.

When that happens , it may be due to to much nylon bond, but yeah it won't last long, we only mix a little at a time.

OneStroke Versamax white. NO additives, no pre wipe, and it STAYS on. You can use that same white on poly, spandex, compression shirts ect. Great ink!

if only they were serious about  getting it out there, to all of us.
I've been bitching for years about them pulling out of this area 20 years ago!
It's a tough sell to someone like me to pay major shipping charges and it take a week when I used to get it locally. Even if it shipped, it was one day rather than a week!
But enough complaining, yep, good inks.

$134.00 for a gallon of white shipped to me, no matter how good it is that is not worth it. But they do offer a money back guarantee!!

One Stroke is only 90 miles from us. We have switched over to their low
temp inks. Everybody here like to print with it.

That`s nothing compared to one Gallon of Unions improved glow in the dark ink. It glows for a good 15 minutes but sets you back $550.

There cost is worth it in its performance,  and then fact that you won't waste ink with a nylobond additive.
