The bottom reminds me of Signpainter (could be a similar name) under the HOUSE INDUSTRIES font family.

Yep, but unfortunately, now they're dropping that part.

The saving grace of this one is another pic of his son's shirt flat is quite traceable. These grungy fonts are somewhat forgiving.
