Kirsty bold is very similar  may be able to use,  but with these being a Under Armor jersey I would check under Armour decoration numbers as they probably did the decorations.

Thanks. The Kirsty "5" looks spot on, but the "1" isn't close, so you're probably right about these being "special".
On this job, it's for the kid's family to wear on Senior Day, so all are the same number, and with the photo to follow, I just took a few minutes and drew it from scratch.
