Hello everyone!

I joined this forum at the suggestion of u/BACjc. We're a 40 person shop, with three Roq presses, an American Cameo clamshell press, and a sew team. We got into fulfillment at the start of the pandemic, taking advantage of the fundraiser model. That side, along with our own online sales has skyrocketed in terms of sales. We also have a record store within our retail space, so lots going on. The company has been around since 2008 and I've been here since May 2016.
I'm here to learn from y'all, and offer any advice I can to someone in a bind.

Welcome, great folks here, always willing to help. From the sound of it, you will have plenty to offer us as well, so dive on in! We had a couple of Cameo's 20 years ago, printed lots of one color t's and mousepads with it, a great little press.

Nate, can't remember his last name, but he was very helpful and quick at install despite having one less day, due to travel issues. Roq made up the extra day of training with another tech named Ron who was very helpful as well. Still a total newb at auto printing, did it at East End Ink for a while years and years ago, but have been exclusively manual printing while growing our business. I remember visiting yall during my lunchbreak back when you had a shop near East End Ink, very cool seeing your growth since then
