I know it's kind of beaten to death.

But POLY white for 100% poly... what is everyone using?

I have to place an order for some tomorrow so I can get it in on the Thursday truck.

This is going on Maroon T743's, you know how I do... if I'm not in over my head I'm not in at all!

I am digging Wilfex HT Polywhite. Hit it with a touch of reducer, not too much.

One Stroke Versamax. I usually put maroons and reds through the dryer first. Wasn't a believer when I first started doing it, but it does seem to make a difference for the bad bleeders.

I really like the Union poly white 1050. Have yet to have any bleed issues with it when p/f/p, and been using it on performance wear for a couple years.

weird i was going to post the same thread, but about ink for 50/50 tees!

right now i'm using wilfex Epic LB white...it's ok, but i'm looking for something better!

on 100% poly, i wouldn't recommend a 50/50 or LB ink. I would go full on poly.

Just buy whatever your supplier sells. I haven't heard of too many problems with poly inks out there. Like i said though, maybe 3-5% reducer to get it to print easier....and stir the heck out of it.

We like the Wilflex Poly White as well but seeing as how these are maroon we'd probably lean more toward the Wilflex Performance White which cures at 290.

Also you need to watch your heat.

We are using Rutland Poly White, it's easy to print with, you don't need to modify it for it to print, and it hasn't failed yet and we did some 100% reds and blues just last week, the worst bleeders out there.

wilflex performance white out performs anything i have tried, been using it since it came out.

We use WFX Epic Performance White but I don't really care for the hand of the print at all and it smells bad.

It does get the job done though.

Wilflex Epic Poly here. Maroon is near red in terms of bleeders though.

This, no modifiers for it either. Trick is to have the ink at 85+ degrees (don't print it in the winter)

Did 500 shirts today with it.

Ordered some Rutland Poly White... It's what Reece had and at $77 bucks a gallon it EASILY met my $50 minimum! <where is the angry emoticon when I need it>
