Heat seal that looks like windows vinyl?

Is there a heat seal product that looks like the windows vinyl with all the little holes in it?

Not sure what you mean exactly by "windows vinyl" but Stahl's has a ton of styles of heat seal product, as does Imprintables Warehouse. In fact, Stahl's has one called Air-Flow
