Union Mixo-1000 problem

I just got and talk about thick. It was like the plasticizers separated but worse. So thick it was hard to get some out of bucket. Bent the 1.5 spatula. Big time. Have any else experienced this?

Never had issues with it being thick. Last gallon I got was real smooth. Where did you get it?

Super, super thick. I have never had anything that thick before. 8" x 1.5"  spatula and could hardly get some out.

I would take it back. Its not worth your time to try to use it and it will only mess with your color matching if you have to thin it.

I am sending it back, no its mixo-1000 not mixe-1000 which is ph. free. Careful when buying on to low price 66 plus change and freight compared to 86.89.

it depends how much ink your going to mix
usually mixos are thick in nature in case you printin on darks
you can compensate for it using Curable Reducer talk to you supplier
he or she may give you some good advice
