after multiple warnings and penalties they are found guilty in court and told to "Stop right now or we will call mommy!"

The $80k fine is a slap on the wrist and borderline insulting considering they disregarded the previous citations/violations and kept right on with it . . .

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Huh, I thought it was pretty much impossible to enforce a TM internationally.  Did they do this in the Chinese legal system then?
