Thanks!  Slept since most that.  All are plastisol, most stuff is 230's.

Cool. Any discharge UB?  Just curious what your general process is.  I'm always impressed by your work.

From yesterday, all 280 mesh at 55lpi.  Is it the size of the picture that is causing it to rotate?  Six colors including two whites.

No discharge always just standard plastisol.  Thanks for the compliments.

Just finished an overnight rush run of front and back black on light blue.  Used a 2/1 150/48 and a single push stroke with 70/90/70.  Pumped out an average of just over 95 shirts an hour over 4 hours total from making the screens to sorting and boxing.  Might be the fastest I've ever printed to be honest, and it actually felt pretty leisurely.  I was drinkin' beer and even answered a few texts.  Definitely a combination of easy art and the S mesh/triple duro putting down a pristine first stroke.  Not really worth posting a picture, but just wanted to share...

we did the same thing on a rush, got art on tuesday, shirts on wednesday and shipped the shirts out same day...

I thought after the first strikeoff the color were too dark, but they were almost perfect to the rendering.

7 colors, all 230's

Here's one we do on occasion for an island customer. 8 col sim, get this, all 160 mesh. The first time we ran the job a few years back, it was a rush, all I had ready to rock was 160's, figured I'd try it. Came out great and to keep it looking the same every re-run, we keep it with the 160's. Never thought it would actually work. Saati Textile PV emulsion until we got the I-Image CTS, this one was with Chromablue, 2 over 1 coating, all wilflex plastisol. Not the "coolest" design but cool for a painting.

So were you guys printing two underbase screens? Discharge then white? Also a top white as well? Or was that just a lint screen in head 1?

That first screen was a lint screen, we actually have another roller on its way so we can stop using a squeegee with base in the screen
