It's definitely happened to me before. Once on a 200 piece order.  Never a good feeling.
It's not a job if you love doing it.

Other than that, damn good.  What if anything did you do around the zipper area?  We bought a zipper pallet from Action 18 months ago and have yet to print one job with it.  I knew it was a bad idea but we had one salesperson who thought she'd sell a ton of them if we just had that pallet...

Good thing about this it was just a test.  I'm pissed b/c it was my hoodie that is all jacked up now.  Other than that its just a few pigment died shirts to test DC.

Testing different materials, I used a thin sponge material (app. 1/8") and was getting my best results just will not work on longer runs which is what I need.  I will probably reach out to Rick and see if I can just pay him for his knowledge on this, I am out of time and after this I have lost the desire to continue testing.

This one we just finished this morning and was a challenge for me because the file was given to me as a 300 dpi but only 1 inch tall.  When I asked the customer if he could get me a larger image he couldn't because his designer  was out of town.   Even on the final print it was only 4 inches tall.  This was 8 colors and that was the most amount of colors in a print we've done without revolving on our 10 color sportsman.  I was worried that it might muddy up a bit in 700 prints but thank God for higher tension screens and sharper squeegees.
