we printed a small run of 200 or so pieces that includes the seps and we should be paid for it. I will have to talk to the customer and work things out.
At this point, they did not reject the print (they asked us to work on few things), my fear was that they were very unpredictable and I did not know what else was coming our way. With 3k shirts on the line and a better part of the day to print it, I could not risk another hit. It was a matter of cutting our losses right now rather than throwing good money after bad.

P I don't blame you one bit, stop the bleeding before it runs you dry, it just boils my ass to have a customer who can't print a straight line knock your work when you know it's top notch.  Hell tell him to take some pictures and tape them on his dam shirts and have good day.

darryl

and one more thing the people that's going to buy these shirt's ain't going to give a Good Goddang about how close that print looks to a picture they ain't never seen and won't see.

Another example where idiots, who don't have a clue, expect a print on a shirt to come out like a print on photo paper.

This one comes damn close.

I was simply amazed at the skin tone and the bumps across the forehead and cheek.  Screw em!

The stuff I print on my old manual press is quite simplistic compared to the fight shirt... but here are a couple of the latest things I've printed.

The golf ball is a 25 line halftone on a 110 mesh printed with a flood and 2 print strokes.

The truck is 45 line on 230's.

Extreme, what top colors are you using, ink manufacturer?  If you do not mind sharing?

Thanks

Unimatch union, less color shifting than rutlands C3 or M3 mixing systems and overall cheaper and easier to work with.
I"m going to post a bunch of crazy print close ups if my internet would stop acting slow.

Extreme - those are awesome. I know of the company the Ernest shirt belongs to. Have you been printing for them for a while?
