When I get a chance to print something like this "very few and far between" I have to refresh my memory to get it accomplished.  It has a discharge underbase and plastisol top colors.  7 colors total including a highlight white all on 225s mesh.  Go ahead and pick it apart because I know there is room for improvement.  I'm just glad I finally have something to post.  It's been awhile.
It's not a job if you love doing it.

I think it looks great!  Great candidate for the discharge. Nice one.

A sim 7 color we are printing now. While I am not the best separator, I am getting better.

Another nice one. Nothing wrong with that print.

This thread gets so deep, I often don't go back to far, but I did catch yours and yes, it's good (form what I can see). It's small even when you click on it, so it's hard to see detail. Looks well done from where I'm standing.  :)

Some stuff we've been printing lately..... I have a bunch of these cowboy prints we've printed this week so I'll post em up... This is just a few of them and the bear job is one that I just sampled tonight..... Cowboy stuff is 8 colors and this bear is 5 colors, all shirts are printed d base with plastisol on top.... I've been playing around with lpi so I cant remember what these are, between 55-65 though.

One we are doing today..... 7 colors total on this one with a discharge base...... Pretty proud that this one is single stroke/1 revolution around the press..... 55 lpi on this one.... Starting to get comfortable with discharge bases here, we haven't printed a plastisol base all week  :P

Danny, you might be seeing smoother halftone blends with the DC base. Have you tried a side by side?

Yes, DC = better blends ....... But you knew that LOL.... I really dont have time right now but I might swap the base on this print to plastic and just see how it comes out. I know 100% it will not look as well though

For my sim process I'm finding everything prints better and easier with dc base.... Right now I'm frickin loving discharge base on our sim process

Awesome prints as usual, Danny.  Are you fully flashing your DC base or running everything WOW?
