Some recent prints from the last couple days...... If anyone cares for specs let me know.... Been testing the green galaxy meteor white which is what I printed all these with, real happy so far with how the ink is performing for us here.

The top 3 are sim process and the bottom one is just a basic spot color design but came out pretty cool -

I reprint these for several clients pretty frequently so just drop me a pm with your size(and designs you want) and next time we run them for a client I will do some extra.

Love the retro Snowmass. Had an internship at Vail and Beaver Creek
in the early '80's and made it over there once. Making artificial snow, a crazy man's job.  :o

Not much happening in the thread.... We've printed a few sim process jobs a day for the last week or two so I have a bunch of stuff we can post..... Here's a couple that we printed up.... 60 lpi on both, 1 time around the press..... Double stroke the base on the black shirt, single strokes everywhere else

Nice work! Danny did you use DC underbase on the black, just curious as to why it was double stroked.

No it's not DC, it's Green Galaxy meteor white plastisol....... Double stroke because I printed it through a 305/34 mesh(wanted my fades to off the shirt to look better)

Another one here.... This one was super easy just a few colors on it... Had to print this on multiple color shirts so it had to work on several colorways. 60 lpi here again

Do you have any issues with the base gaining or acting weird with a double hit?  I know we are worlds apart when it comes to setup/process, but I can't for the life of me double hit a tonal base without it gaining all to hell and looking like trash.

'not Danny, bit I can answer this one. . .

yes, base will gain if hit twice! There are two workarounds for it, make two screens for ubase, one with solids and one with solids and halftones. The other option is to cut back (take the 50% down to 30% or so) on your halftones when you will stroke twice. This way you are compensating for the gain in advance. It will still cause problems wit the smaller dots, but most likely it will not be enough to significantly change the print.

one from yesterday.

this is our giveaway shirt to promote discharge ink. One screen, was supposed to be a single stroke, but that did not create enough really bright ink (to support the advertised brightness claim) so I had to stroke it twice. (which unfortunately completely obliterated the highlights, brightened the mid tones and made the shadows twice as bright as they should be).

Overall though, it is a great example of how one color can go pretty far!

p.s. 225/40 with CCI White. 55lpi.
p.p.s. OH< and the picture is out of focus! It's a lot crisper in real life.
