That looks great Serj!

6 colors. (on a manual at that). Very nice.  I do a lot of 5 colors (due to the restriction of our smaller press) I’m at 5 colors with multiple colors in the art also. So I’d like to nab up a good ink set. We don’t have our larger dryer hooked up in this building so I can’t really do discharge at this time.  I’ve been using all plastisol. I get pretty good “variety”out of the colors and ink type we use here currently, but there could be more POP or richness in color by using another ink type that is more clean or pure. Those colors your use seem to be what I’m looking for but can’t use them just yet.

That is some nice detail Serj, I'm with Dan those inks you use are great and nice pop, but I got a feeling I would make a mess trying to use them.

Haven't seen any prints here lately, so heres one.

Had a tough time separating this via sim process, so I opened for an index separation. I still cant really understand why it was so hard for me to sep via Sim P. The original file was CMYK, which may have played a part in it. I just couldnt get the colors right with sim. Still a bit of a PIA, but it really came together well after we had a bit of back and forth with the colors. Damn close to the original! 1 more color would have done it haha, ended up being 10. Could have probably worked up the browns bit better, but got tired of messing with it EOD yesterday.

I don't see a thing wrong with that.  Looks fantastic.
It's not a job if you love doing it.

So it should be fun to keep this alive again Since Atownsend was so kind as to bring it back into play.

We who have been around for a while have seen this and some have even done this. But it’s still so cool to do and see.

ICC Liquid Silver, printed through 110 mesh coated 2:4
USING A VERY SLOOOOOW STROKE.
Double stroke, Flash, ROLL, Single stroke.

Then cured via the dryer... Then crumpling a sheet of aluminum foil. and laying that over top of the print...and heat setting that with heavy pressure...at 320 for 10 seconds.
At this point, my intent was to achieve a glossy metal look, but the mesh tracks (even from the flattening screen) were leaving mesh tracks in it.
That flattening screen is on a old 110. We are going to bump that up to a 305 to achieve a smoother result there but I think the mesh coating needs to be thicker also.

Printed on Black tees mostly, but there was this grey speckle tee also.

I only wish I was able to get a smoother top surface to aid in the melted liquid silver look. Like a gloss silver.
My thought are that I would need an even thicker stencil.  No?

Not a bad look Dan, I once printed some silver through a 80 mesh and then printed some clear gel ink on top, to me it really looked great, something like liquid metal, but the drawback it was kind of thick on the shirt.
